USPA NEWS - The People of Pakistan Demand: Immediate Release of Imran Khan and Restoration of Justice
Imran Khan is Pakistan’s most popular and beloved leader — a visionary who founded Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf 29 years ago. Through his tireless struggle, honesty, courage, and fearless leadership, he has won the hearts of millions. People from all walks of life, every age group, and every region admire him deeply and follow his ideology with passion.
However, today this very leader is imprisoned under false, fabricated, and unconstitutional cases. These baseless charges are a blatant example of political victimization by the current regime and its backing establishment, which came into power through a stolen mandate and fraudulent elections. This imposed government does not represent the true will of the people.
Imran Khan has not only been unjustly detained, but his basic human and legal rights are also being systematically violated. One of the most heartbreaking injustices is the denial of access to his sisters, who have been waiting for over a month to meet their brother. Despite repeated efforts, they are not being allowed visitation, which is a cruel act and a clear violation of court orders.
Pakistan’s courts have repeatedly directed that his sisters be allowed to meet him, yet these orders are continuously ignored as if the courts hold no authority. Such blatant disregard for judicial decisions is a disgrace to the constitution, the law, and the judiciary of Pakistan.
The people of Pakistan, who are increasingly outraged by these injustices and repression, have now united with one voice. Their demands are clear:
1. Imran Khan must be released immediately.
2. All political prisoners of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf must be freed.
3. Imran Khan’s sisters must be granted immediate visitation rights.
4. All court orders must be implemented with full respect and compliance.
5. The independence and dignity of the judiciary must be protected.

This is not just the demand of Imran Khan or PTI — this is the demand of 240 million Pakistanis. It is a matter of Pakistan’s dignity, justice, and constitutional supremacy. If this oppression does not end, public reaction will intensify. The nation stands firmly with its leader and will go to any extent in this fight for truth and justice. The injustice against Imran Khan and the denial of his sisters' right to meet him is a grave violation of human rights. We urge the International Court of Justice and the global community to take immediate notice and ensure this basic right is granted under international human rights law. Said: Mohd.
